A chatbot trained on your catalog, policies, and FAQs. It answers pre-sale questions, suggests products, and checks order status through your API. Hands off to a human when needed and keeps conversation transcripts.

Orders.co Menu Uploader (CSV → Live Catalog via API)

A browser uploader that checks categories, removes duplicates, updates existing products, and caches images. Shows live logs while it runs and a summary at the end.

Handles the full filing flow: logs in, enters the data, retries on errors, and keeps logs you can check later.

DoorDash Menu & Image Scraper — capture menu items and image links to CSV and Google Sheets Scraper UI

DoorDash Menu & Image Scraper

A scraper that pulls full menus (names, prices, descriptions, image links), exports them to CSV, and appends a new tab in Google Sheets for each run. Has retries, timeouts, and proxy support for reliability.

Orders.co Exporter — generate menu, popular items, and modifiers to CSV and Google Sheets Export Dashboard

Orders.co Exporter (Menu • Popular • Modifiers → CSV & Sheets)

Pulls brands and locations from the Orders.co API and generates exports with a progress bar and live logs. Each export downloads as CSV and can upload straight to Google Sheets (one tab per type).

How I Work

Three steps, no long meetings. Here’s what working together usually looks like.

    Find the bottleneck

    We go through your workflow together and figure out the biggest piece of manual work that’s costing you time or money. You get a short write-up of what we found and where to start.

  2. 2

    Build the first version

    I build a working automation for that one specific problem, usually in a week or two. Your team can start using it right away and we iterate from real feedback.

  3. 3

    Expand to nearby work

    Once the first automation is running well, we look at the related workflows around it and automate those too, one at a time. No big-bang rollouts.
